Sanctuary Meditation Technique

This class gives you the tools you’ll need to have a peaceful, restorative meditation practice. You’ll learn proper breathing, how to open your chakras, and consciously move your awareness to a heightened state for the purpose of meditation. You will be lead in a guided meditation giving you the opportunity to practice this technique, and you’ll be given the tools you need to use this method on your own.
